Wheat flour

This flour has a high content of carbohydrates, fiber, magnesium, vitamin B, vitamin B9, zinc, phosphorus, selenium, vitamin E, calories, sodium, vitanin B6, iron, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, potassium, calcium and proteins. Carbohydrates make of wheat the ideal source of energy, of which a 55-60% daily dose must come from carbohydrates.

Whole wheat flour

Rich in vitamin K, 64,50 mg per 100g, this flour is highly effective for a better blood coagulation. It also contains high amounts of magnesium, 120 mg per 100g, and its fiber content is quite beneficial for bowel movement.

Rye flour

Rye is rich in minerals and vitamins, and the grain with the highest content of potassium and sodium. Its vitamin content includes vitamin A and those from group B, such as folic acid. This grain purifies the blood and lowers cholesterol, besides keeping the elasticitiy of blood veins while preventing heart diseases at the same time.

Wheat bran

Wheat bran is rich in potassium, a mineral that helps regulating blood pressure and restoring the blood circulatory system, and also particularly rich in vitamins of group B for the proper functioning of the brain. This cereal promotes a positive mental health. Rich in iron, it’s beneficial for intensive sport training.


This grain contains a great amount of omega 3 (75%) polyunsaturated fatty acids, and in relation to omega 6 (25%) fatty acids it also has proteins, fiber, mucilage and carbohydrates. It has also a great content of vitamin E, vitamins of group B, iodine, zinc, iron, carotene, magnesium, calcium, sulphur, potassium, phosphorus, manganese, silicon, copper, nickel, molybdenum, chromium, cobalt, and some enzymes useful for the digestion of food.

Sunflower seeds

These seeds constitute an important source of antioxidants, particularly of vitamin E, with a 76% of recommended daily dose of such vitamin. Sunflower seeds are greatly beneficial for the prevention of heart diseases.

Sesame seeds

This grain has a high nutritional value, with a 52% of lipids, of which 80% are unsaturated fatty acids, mainly omega 6 and 9, being quite effective in regulating cholesterol levels in the bloodstream. Its protein content is maximized when combined with legumes and other cereals.

Oat flakes

Oatmeal is very rich in proteins of high biological value, carbohydrate, fats and a high number of vitamins, minerals and oligoelements. This is cereal has the highest percentage of vegetable fats, with a 65% of unsaturated fatty acids and 35% of linoleic acid. Oatmeal has an optimum concentration of these elements, with preventive and healing properties.


An extremely good source of inositol, a substance for a long time considered part of the vitamins of group B. Inositol prevents the rigidity of capilaries as cardiac tonic, and regulates cholesterol levels by preventing the accumulation of fats in the liver, protecting the nervous system and fighting anxiety and depresion. Ideal meal for cases of undernourishment and the process of growth. In fiber conent, malt is the best cereal with a 17% of soluble fiber (beta glucan). This fiber slows down the absorbtion index of glucose and reduces the absorbtion of cholesterol.


Very rich in phosphorus, soybean is high in vitamin B9 and is one of the richest grains in vitamin B7. It has a significant amount of vitamin B6 (1 mg per 100 g), vitamin B5 (1,90 mg per 100 g), vitamin B1 (0,61 mg per 100 g), magnesium (220 mg per 100 g), zinc (4,20 g per 100 g), potassium (1799 mg per 100 g), fiber (22 g per 100 g), and proteins (34,7 g per 100 g).


This fruit is very rich in carbohydrates, with a content of 69,30 per 100 g. High quantities of potassium can be found in it, with 782 mg per 100 g. Potassium is good for the blood circulatory system and blood pressure.


These seeds have a pleasant aroma, a mixture of anise and fennel. It’s a great source of nearly 17 nutrients with a 152% fiber, 90% iron, 65% manganese, 65% magnesium, 57% calcium, 57% phosphorus, 45% copper, 40% protein, 39% potassium, 37% zinc, 35% vitamin C, 27% thiamin, 25% vitamin E, 24% riboflavin, 20% vitamin B6, 18% niacin or vitamin B3 18%, and 17% selenium.

Poppy Seeds

Poppy seeds have a slightly nutty flavor and traces of almond scent. It contains 10 nutrients: 335% manganese, 120% calcium, 87% phosphorus, 87% magnesium, 80% copper, 78% fiber, 60% thiamine, 54% iton, 53% zinc, 36% protein.
